Postpartum doula care is flexible to meet the needs of your family, and can include:
-Assistance with breast or bottle feeding
-Newborn care guidance for yourself or family members
-Debrief from your birth and discuss how you are recovering and feeling, physically and emotionally
-Light housework to help you with laundry, meals, and other basic household tasks
-Care for your baby while you rest, shower, or sleep
-Another pair of hands to help you navigate one of your first outings with baby and any siblings
-Referral to other professionals with whom I have established relationships, if necessary
My postpartum doula services are flexible and tailored to your needs with the goal of helping you feel supported, confident, and encouraged as you begin your mothering journey with your new baby!
Postpartum doula care is valued at $30 per hour from 8 am-8 pm and $40 per hour 8 pm-8 am.
I schedule a minimum of four hours at a time.
