As a certified birth & bereavement doula with my own loss experience, I support families through the difficult circumstances of miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, and newborn fatal diagnoses with deep compassion and respect.

I provide physical, emotional, and informational support in a way that is flexible to meet your needs and can include:

• Assisting you in preparing for birth and postpartum
• Continuous doula support through your birth and meeting your baby
• Advocacy for your choices and wishes
  
• Pictures of your baby
• Assisting with planning and preparing keepsakes for your baby
• Helping you understand your medical options so you can make the best decisions for your family
• NICU support
• Providing information and supporting you non-judgmentally through the process of stopping or donating your breastmilk
• Postpartum visits to provide emotional support, help you begin to process your birth and hospital stay, discuss physical healing after birth, talk about breastmilk, and other needs you may have
• Resources to help you connect with other families facing similar experiences, counseling, etc.
• Phone and in person support after neonatal or child loss

Because I have a personal understanding of the stress and unexpected expenses that come with losing a child, bereavement support is always offered on a donation basis with no obligation. Legacy donations in your baby's name are welcome, but never expected.
