Investment My standard doula package is valued at $800. For families who live or are delivering more than 60 miles from Mora, MN, there is an additional $200 travel fee due to the additional time and expense of driving. A $400 deposit will reserve your place on my calendar. This is non-refundable because I will be declining other potential clients due in the same timeframe. The balance is due by 37 weeks.
Cards, check, cash, and HSA funds are accepted. I am also able to work with Allina employee reimbursement and similar employee benefit programs.
I am passionate about being able to support families. If you are interested in working with me, but finances are a concern, send me a message so we can work out a payment plan or other arrangement.
Families seeking additional doula support may want to consider my deluxe package.
Attending birth is like growing roses. You have to marvel at the ones that just open up and bloom at the first kiss of the sun, but you wouldn't dream of pulling open the petals of the tightly closed buds and forcing them to blossom to your timeline. --Gloria Lemay
